The new application from Simecom S.r.l. has arrived.

For all customers who have opted for the benefits of Simecom S.r.l., the new app is now available to facilitate the management of your gas and electricity contracts with ease.

To get started, simply download the app and register using your Contract Code and Autoreading/Service Code, both found on the first page of your latest Simecom bill.

The app offers a variety of functionalities, including:

• ACCOUNT
  Manage all account-related information created during registration, monitor contractual data, handle notifications, and view usage conditions.
• NOTIFICATIONS
  Summarizes all communications from Simecom regarding gas and electricity supplies.
• AUTOLETTURA
  View the latest reading uploaded to the system, specifying whether it came from the autoreading service or the technical service. Users can upload their gas meter reading and set reminders in their calendar for future self-readings.
• PAYMENTS
  Facilitates payment of due amounts via credit card. Credit card details are not visible to Simecom as the entire payment process is managed by the interbank circuit.
• WEB DESK
  A comprehensive web desk that allows you to:
  - Manage billing delivery options (Electronic or Paper)
  - Activate or deactivate detailed billing
  - Complete management of personal data
  - Handle billing payment methods (Activate, Modify, and Cancel direct debits)
  - Communicate or update property details
  - Request deactivation of supply.
• BILLS
  View issued bills summarized by Invoice Number, Issue Date, Due Date, and Amount. This feature provides a quick way to maintain a PDF archive of all your gas and electricity bills. By clicking on an individual invoice, it is possible to download, print, or forward the selected bill as a PDF.
• CONSUMPTION
  Monitor your consumption (gas in Mc or electricity in KWh) listed monthly for the past two years, distinguishing between actual and estimated figures. Visual consumption graphs provide immediate insight into service trends. A sophisticated calculation and analysis system will prompt users to perform an autoreading if none has been received in at least five months, ensuring billing reflects actual consumption.
• RETAIL LOCATIONS
  Access a list of all Simecom retail outlets, displaying opening hours and ordering them based on proximity through geolocation. Clicking on a desired outlet opens the preinstalled maps on your device for navigation assistance.
• USEFUL INFORMATION
  Access contact details for Simecom as well as other useful web addresses for customers.
